Terms of Service
These Terms govern your purchase and use of services from KRAEV LLC, trading as StoreVera ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. What we actually sell
StoreVera is a one-time, done-for-you store setup service. You buy a defined scope of configuration work on a Shopify store that you own. We are not selling, and this agreement does not include:
- a downloadable template or theme file you keep and resell;
- ongoing store management, maintenance, or hosting after delivery;
- product sourcing, supplier introductions, negotiation, or order fulfilment;
- marketing, advertising management, SEO services, or traffic generation;
- payment processing. Stripe processes our payments. Stripe is our vendor, not something we sell you.
If you need any of the above, we are not the right supplier and you should not buy from us.
2. Scope is defined by your package
The package you select on the packages page defines the entire scope: the number of product imports, the number of pages, the number of revision rounds, and the delivery estimate. Anything not listed in your package is out of scope. Package details are recorded against your order and shown on your order page.
3. Your responsibilities
The build cannot proceed without you. You must provide:
- a Shopify account on an active paid plan, registered in your name and under your control;
- collaborator access, granted through Shopify's own collaborator request flow;
- your business name, logo files, and any brand assets you want used;
- the product list or supplier catalogue to be imported;
- your own policy text (shipping, returns, privacy, terms) for installation on your store;
- timely responses to our questions.
You are responsible for the legality of what you sell, for having the rights to any content, images, or product data you give us, and for your store's own compliance with consumer law, tax law, and Shopify's terms. We install what you supply; we do not vet it.
4. Shopify access
We request access through Shopify's collaborator flow, which is auditable and revocable by you at any time from Settings → Users → Collaborators. We will never ask for your Shopify password. If anyone claiming to be from StoreVera asks for a password, it is not us — call +1 (786) 494-3069. Our access is limited to what the build requires and is removed on completion.
5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and they are measured in business days. The clock starts when payment has cleared and we have everything listed in section 3 — not from the moment you pay. See the Service Delivery Policy for the full detail, including what causes delays.
6. Revisions
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds within 14 calendar days after delivery of delivery. A revision corrects or adjusts work within the agreed scope. It is not a redesign, a change of brief, or new work. See the Revision Policy.
7. Third-party services and costs
Shopify subscription fees, domain registration and renewal, paid themes, paid apps, advertising spend, inventory, supplier costs, and payment processing fees on your own store are yours and are not included in any package unless that package expressly lists them. We do not control Shopify, domain registrars, or any third party, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, price changes, or account decisions.
8. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the configuration work delivered on your store, and any original copy or layout we produce specifically for you. Third-party components — Shopify themes, apps, fonts, stock imagery, supplier product images — remain under their own licences, which pass to you subject to those licences. Anything you give us remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to use it for the purpose of doing the build. Our internal templates, checklists, and processes remain ours.
9. Prohibited use
See the Acceptable Use Policy. We may decline or stop an order that would require us to build a store for prohibited goods or for a deceptive business. Where we stop an order for this reason, we refund the portion covering work not yet performed.
10. Payment authorisation
When you tick the consent box at checkout you authorise a single charge for the displayed amount, in the displayed currency, for the displayed package. Payment is collected by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's page, not ours; we never see or store a full card number. Charges appear on your statement as STOREVERA plus the package name.
11. Refunds and cancellation
See the Refund Policy and the Cancellation Policy. In short: before we start work, you can cancel for a full refund within 7 business days. After work starts, refunds are assessed on how much has been done.
12. Chargebacks and disputes
If something is wrong, contact us first — +1 (786) 494-3069. We will nearly always resolve it faster than your bank will. If you file a chargeback, we pause work on the order, and we will respond to the dispute with the order record, the delivery evidence, and our correspondence with you. Filing a chargeback for work that was delivered as described, instead of raising it with us, may end our ability to work with you.
13. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee sales, revenue, traffic, conversions, profitability, or business success — none, at any level, ever. We do not make income projections and you should treat anyone in this industry who does with real suspicion. What we sell is setup work: the store gets built to the scope you bought. Whether it earns anything depends on your products, pricing, marketing, market, and effort, all of which are outside our control. Nothing anywhere on this website, in our emails, or said by our staff should be read as a prediction or promise of any financial outcome.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were told they were possible. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it; we keep dated copies. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated version for future orders.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
