Acceptable Use Policy
1. Who this applies to
Everyone who buys from us. If your store is one of the things below, we will not build it, and we would rather say so now than take your money first.
2. Stores we will not build
- Counterfeit, replica, or trademark-infringing goods.
- Illegal goods or services, or anything requiring a licence you do not hold.
- Regulated goods sold without proper authorisation: pharmaceuticals, prescription items, tobacco and vapes, alcohol, firearms, weapons, controlled substances.
- Stolen goods, or content that infringes someone else's copyright.
- Adult content, or anything sexualising minors — the latter we report.
- Deceptive business models: fake scarcity, invented reviews, fabricated testimonials, fake countdown timers, invented "as seen in" logos, get-rich-quick or income-guarantee offers, MLM recruitment, "free plus shipping" where the shipping hides the real price.
- Products making unsubstantiated health, medical, or financial claims.
- Anything designed to mislead a payment processor about what is being sold.
That list is not academic for us. Several of those patterns were on this site's own predecessor, and taking them off was the point of rebuilding it.
3. Your conduct
Do not give us anything you do not have the rights to, do not ask us to copy another business's site, do not ask us to install fake reviews or fake trust badges, do not attempt to attack or probe this site, and do not abuse our staff. We will not ask you for passwords, and you should not send us any.
4. If you breach this
We stop work and cancel the order. Where we cancel for this reason, we refund the portion covering work not yet performed. Where the breach is illegal, we may be required to report it.
