Each item below is configuration work performed inside your Shopify admin. Every package includes a subset — the exact subset is listed against the package, and nothing beyond it is implied.
Storefront design and theme configuration
We install a theme and configure its settings, sections, and layout to your brand. Included themes are free Shopify themes unless your package says otherwise.

Products organised into collections with a structure that makes sense for what you sell, so customers can actually find things.
Product and collection imports
We import the number of products in your package from the list or supplier catalogue you provide. We do not choose your products and we do not source them.

Policy pages and domain guidance
Your policy text installed on the store, plus guidance on connecting a domain you already own. Registering and paying for the domain is yours.

What lands in your Shopify admin

We do not publish customer store URLs or screenshots. If you want to see real work, call +1 (786) 494-3069 and we will ask a past customer whether they are willing to be shown. If they say no, we will tell you that instead of showing you something else.
When the clock starts, and what stops it
The delivery estimate does not begin when you pay. It begins when we have everything we need to actually start building.
The clock starts once all four are true
- Payment has cleared and been confirmed by Stripe
- Your onboarding form is complete
- Shopify collaborator access is working
- Your branding materials have arrived, where the package uses them
These push the date back
- Missing information — the most common cause by far

Read this before you pay, not after
If you cannot supply the things below, the build cannot happen and you should not buy a package yet. We would rather you knew that now.
You provide
- A Shopify account on an active plan, in your name, that you keep control of
- A collaborator request code, so we can request access through Shopify (we never ask for your password)
- Your business name and, if you have one, a logo file
- The product list or supplier catalogue you want imported
- Your policy text: shipping, returns, privacy, terms
- Your contact details for the store Contact page
- Replies to our questions — the clock pauses while we wait
About Shopify access
We request access through Shopify's own collaborator flow, using a four-digit code from your admin. That access is logged by Shopify, limited in scope, and you can revoke it yourself at any time from Settings → Users → Collaborators.
We will never ask for your Shopify password. Nobody legitimate will. If anyone claiming to be from StoreVera asks for one, it is not us — hang up and call +1 (786) 494-3069.
We remove our access when the build is handed over.
The questions people actually ask
How much money will I make?
We have no idea, and neither does anyone else who sells store setups. We are not going to give you a number.
What you are buying is setup work: a store configured to the scope of your package. Whether it earns anything depends on your products, your pricing, your marketing, your market, and your effort — none of which we control or can see. Any service that answers this question with a figure is guessing at best. We do not make income claims, we do not publish revenue screenshots, and we do not have "success stories" to show you.
What exactly am I buying?
A one-time store setup service. We configure a Shopify store that you own and control, to the scope listed in your package — theme, pages, product imports, collections, navigation, brand styling, and your policy text installed.
You are not buying a template file, ongoing management, product sourcing, or marketing. Those are all listed under "not included in any package" above.
Is this really a one-time payment?
Our fee, yes. One charge, no subscription, no commission on your sales, and we never store your card for later.
Your store still costs money to run, though, and none of that comes to us: Shopify's subscription, a domain, and any paid apps or themes you choose. Budget for those separately.
How fast is delivery?
Each package has its own estimate, listed in the comparison table above and on the Service Delivery Policy. They are estimates in business days, not guarantees.
They start once we have your complete brief and working Shopify access — not from the moment you pay. Nothing is delivered instantly. A real person builds and checks the store.
Do you pick winning products for me?
No. We import the products you give us, from the list or supplier catalogue you provide.
We do not do product research, we do not source, we do not have a secret list of products that sell, and neither does anyone claiming to. If you do not yet know what you want to sell, buying a store build is premature — figure that out first.
Is a domain included?
No package includes domain registration or renewal fees. If a package ever does, it will say so explicitly in its own list.
Pro and above include guidance on connecting a domain you already own. You buy and hold the domain, in your name — which is how it should be regardless of who builds your store.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. Never. We use Shopify's collaborator request flow with a four-digit code from your admin, which you can revoke at any time.
If anyone asks you for a Shopify password — us, an agency, a "support agent", anyone — the correct answer is no.
Can I get a refund?
Before work starts: yes, in full, within 7 business days. After work starts: we refund the portion not yet delivered. If we cannot deliver what you bought, you get everything back regardless of how far along we were.

Do you use AI?
Internally, for drafting copy and speeding up repetitive data work. That is the whole of it.
A person configures, reviews, and signs off on every store. We are not going to sell you "AI builds your store in two minutes", because that is not what happens.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe. You enter card details on Stripe's own checkout page, not on ours. Payment information is securely collected and processed by Stripe, and StoreVera does not directly store complete card numbers.
Charges appear on your statement as STOREVERA followed by the package name. If you see a charge you do not recognise, call +1 (786) 494-3069.
