Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops the work. A refund returns money. Usually you want both, and usually you get both — but they are separate decisions, so we describe them separately. Money is covered by the Refund Policy.
2. Cancelling before work starts
If your order still shows "Paid — waiting for your store details", nothing has been built. Tell us and we cancel immediately, with a full refund under section 1 of the Refund Policy.
3. Cancelling after work has started
You can cancel at any time. We stop within one business day. You keep whatever has already been configured on your store — it is your Shopify account, and we do not take work back or hold it hostage. Refund for the undelivered portion is assessed under section 2 of the Refund Policy.
4. Completed work
Work already delivered stays delivered. We remove our collaborator access, hand over any notes, and close the order.
5. Third-party costs
Anything already paid to a third party at your instruction (domain, paid theme, paid app) stays paid. Those assets remain yours; we do not claw them back.
6. How to cancel
Call +1 (786) 494-3069 or email storevera@support.com with your order reference. Phone is faster if the build is already running — it stops the work sooner.
7. Our response time
We acknowledge cancellation requests within 2 business days and confirm in writing what was stopped, what was delivered, and what happens to the money.
8. When we cancel
We may cancel an order that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, where the payment is reversed or disputed, or where you have not responded for an extended period and we have made repeated attempts to reach you. We will always email you first at the address on the order.
